The scheme aims to ensure that persons affiliated with the Hempel Foundation can quickly, confidentially and in addition to the usual communication channels, via a special, independent report incidents and serious offenses committed by employees or former employees of the Hempel Foundation, members of the Hempel Foundation's boards or executive boards, auditors, lawyers, suppliers, etc., who are affiliated with the Hempel Foundation.
