The purpose of this scheme is to ensure that persons, who have knowledge of or reasonable suspicion that a beneficiary and / or other participants in the project have abused or used a donation from the Hempel Foundation in violation of the agreed terms, can report the potential violation of the terms of the Hempel Foundation.
